RATES are subject to change; do not include 9% NH Rooms & Meals tax and are higher on Friday and Saturday nights and for special events.
Protocols
DEPOSITS: must be received within 7 days of making your reservation. Balance is payable upon arrival by cash, Traveler's Check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Checks will not be accepted less than 14 days prior to arrival. Security/damage deposits may be required.
REFUNDS: with 60 days advanced notice and are subject to a 10% processing fee. Cancellations for any reason less than 60 days before arrival will forfeit the entire deposit. No exceptions. No refunds for early departure, special event reservations, or one-night stays.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 3PM; Check-out time is by 10AM
TOWEL/MAID SERVICE: As our way to help the environment, for those staying in a cottage for more than a couple of days, we ask that you bring your own towels. If you'd prefer not to, then we can provide daily towel service for $20/week. We can also provide extended maid service (making up the beds, wiping down the bath, taking out the trash, fresh towels daily) for $45/week. Daily maid service is provided at no extra charge for those guests staying in the Inns.
QUIET HOURS: are from 11PM - 8:30AM
PARKING: Each unit is allotted one parking space. Additional spaces are $10 per vehicle.
For the consideration of all our guests and the property:
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is not allowed inside any of the buildings (including cottages)
- Unregistered guests/visitors are not allowed to use our facilities - including the pools.
- Additional charges will apply for high-impact behavior.
- Fireworks and open fires are not permitted.
