This 3-story Victorian sits majestically on Tower Hill. The Lakeview House has one of the most commanding views of Lake Winnipesaukee. Since it is the oldest continuing working hotel in Laconia having been established in the 1860’s, you can expect some unique characteristics, quirks, and most importantly – no elevators. There are 3 sets of stairs so be prepared for a work-out. After you’ve made it to your room, come back down and sit and relax on the porch with the gorgeous view of the lake!

The Single Rooms
Rooms 1 & 2 – These rooms have private baths and queen size beds. These rooms are located on the second floor.
Rooms 9, 10 and 11 – each one of these rooms has one double bed and feature great views of the lake and the Weirs. They share a bath in hall and are located on the third floor
Looking for even more economy?
Rooms, 4, 8, 12, 14 & 15. These rooms also share the common baths in the hall. These rooms do not have views. Room 4 is located on the second floor; the others on the third floor. Each of these room has one double bed except Room 15 which has one double bed and one twin bed.
All are clean, comfy for casual relaxation. Guests in these rooms have use of the common living room of the Lakeview House and there is a common refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker for guest use. Coffee and fresh muffins are complimentary to guests in the Lakeview House.
All suites and rooms in the Inns have daily housekeeping service.
