The Cottages - Great Value!
Our cottages are very cozy and charming; the kind of charming that comes from days gone by and many years of being loved. We try very hard to maintain the original classic New Hampshire "cottage at the beach" flavor and charm as possible.
What to expect? - slightly warped floors, original wood and knotty pine interiors, small but fully functional bathrooms and to hear the slapping of the screen doors behind you....All our seasonal cottages have:
- Air Conditioning
- TV's and DVD players
- Refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, toasters,
- Picnic tables, grills
- Designated parking space.
- All the bedding but feel free to bring your favorite blanket or pillow!
Those with full kitchens are fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, glassware etc. Some cottages have heat.

Cottage 1 –what a view!
This cottage features panoramic views of the Lake. It has three bedrooms - one with a queen bed; one with a double bed, one with a set of bunks, living room with futon and gas fireplace, full kitchen and a full bath with old-fashioned claw-foot tub. It also has a large screened-in porch. It can easily sleep six.
Cottage 2 – it may be small but it has a huge view!
This small, one-room cottage - affectionately call our "closet with running water," is suitable for one couple with a queen bed, kitchenette, bath with shower, and screened-in porch.
Cottage 3 - lake views!
A cozy one-bedroom cottage with a queen bed, living room with futon, galley kitchen, bath with shower (featuring a very "unique" door!), screened-in porch with a view of the lake. It can sleep 4-5 people.

Cottage 4 - sits under a sprawling magnolia tree with a great view!
Affectionately called our "Honeymoon Cottage," this popular one-room cottage has hardwood floors and knotty pine paneling. A living room area with sofabed, queen size bed, kitchen and bath with shower make for very comfy living. Its screened-in porch with great lake views, make the perfect place for relaxing.
Cottage 5 - poolside!
This one-bedroom, pine-paneled cottage sits poolside at the Cozy Inn. It has a 
living room with futon, bedroom, kitchen and bath with shower so it can sleep a family of four. Pictured at right.
Cottage 6 - poolside!
This pine paneled cottage sits poolside at the Cozy Inn. It has one bedroom with a queen bed, the living room has a vaulted ceiling, a full-size futon, full kitchen with dining area, bath with shower. It makes for comfy family living for up to 5 people.
Cottage 8 - old-time rustic charm!
This large but rustic cottage is one of the first in Weirs Beach and sits atop Tower Hill. Originally called Rowe Cottage, it still features the old-fashioned charm of the 1800’s era when it was built - wide plank floors that kind of slope to one side, and casement windows indicative of that period. On the first floor there is a large living room with bay window, large country kitchen (that now includes a dishwasher!), one bedroom with a queen bed, and a full bath with claw foot tub. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a set of twin beds – lots of room and a big porch with great views!
Cottage 9 - views and poolside!
A comfy, two-bedroom (each with a double bed) cottage that features great views and is located right next to the pool at the Lakeview House. Sit out on your deck and be poolside while also enjoying the fantastic views of the lake! Living room with futon, full eat-in kitchen and bath with shower complete the package.
Cottages 10 and 11 - views and poolside!
A duplex cottage that sits next to the pool at the Lakeview House. Each half is a one-room motel style unit and has a king-size bed, full size futon, kitchenette, bath with shower and great views from the picture windows!
Cottage 12 and 14 - poolside!
A smaller duplex cottage that sits next to the pool at the Lakeview House. Each motel-type half is a one-room knotty pine-paneled unit with double bed, day bed, bath with shower, mini-
fridge, microwave, coffeemaker. Quaint and cozy.
Cottage 15 - pictured at right.
A pine-paneled two-bedroom cottage. It has a living room/kitchen combo and bath with shower. One bedroom has a queen bed; the other a set of bunk beds. Cozy family vacation cottage with a deck to relax and enjoy the great views of the lake.

Like Cottage 15, it has two bedrooms - one with a queen bed; the other a set of twins, living room/kitchen combo and bath with shower. Deck and great views as well!
75 Tower Street House
This contemporary three bedroom house, sits atop Tower Hill. Spacious living room, modern kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, 1-3/4 baths, deck, balcony, and a large yard. Very, very comfortable vacation living!
We're big on families as we are family-owned and operated!
We do offer daily towel service for $20/week and extended maid service for $45/week.
