Ironman 70.3 Timberman is scheduled for August 19th at Ellacoya State Park. We are just 6 miles from the start of the race and 10 minutes from Gunstock. If you are a racer and still looking for lodging, we’ve got some availability!

Schools are now out for the summer. We’ve had our first heat wave too! If you haven’t already booked your summer vacation rental, now is the time to do it! July 4th is right around the corner and even though it falls in the middle of the week that means you can make a multi-day celebration! Fireworks in Weirs Beach will be at 12:01AM on the 4th so plan to come the first half of the week or the second - or better yet the whole week! We’ve still got a couple of cottages available!

The Laconia Motorcycle Week rally is set to kick-off in a few days - if you haven’t made your lodging reservations yet, we’ve got some rooms and suites available for the first weekend and into the mid-week. We also have a couple of cottages available mid-week. After Wednesday, we’re booked solid!  It’s going to be a great week and we hope you join us!

It’s April and usually we are in the midst of “mud season.” Well, this year, due to the wacky weather, we did get any mud and we’re OPEN!
