Our vacation was idyllic...no better word for it. Even the weather was perfect: a couple of thunderstorms thrown in for good measure. The kayak rental this year was a brainstorm; I wish we'd done that before. But it will be a part of our vacation from now on!! I even took a picture of the side of the Lakeview...because that's part of our 'view' from our porch. I got pix of the Lake looking its sapphire splendor, silver, and slate grey...just so I can look at them when I yearn for "my" :) cottage. "It's the middle of August" is right...school starts in less than 2 weeks. But I'm ready...I had my "Lake Fix". Thanks again for an awesome week!!
