Mud Season Mania!

It’s April and usually we are in the midst of “mud season.” Well, this year, due to the wacky weather, we did get any mud and we’re OPEN! So, book a cottage from now till May 12th and get a 30% discount! Woo! Hoo! There’s limited availability in units so check out our Availability link on our Reservations page for details!

Event openings update!

We still have Cottages 10 & 11 available for the entire week of Laconia Motorcycle Week. They can each sleep 4. We also have openings for the first half of the week - check our “Make a Reservation” page for details.

Ironman Timberman Triathlon - if you are planning on doing the race - we’ve got prime units available - all the comforts of home and just 6 miles from the start of the race and 10 minutes to Gunstock!

NASCAR - we’ve got availability for both the July and September races!

Of course, if you just want to vacation and relax in Weirs Beach and the Lakes Region - we’ve got you covered for that as well! Just pick you days and I’m sure we can accommodate!

We’ve had a pretty tame winter season here in Weirs Beach and the Lakes Region of NH, but today with only 19 days left till Spring, the biggest (?) snowstorm of the season is ranging outside our doors - the old adage still applies - the month of March - In like a lion; out like a lamb!

Let us make it easier for you. When you book a cottage with us in Weirs Beach, you’ve taken a great deal of stress of your back. With us you are getting a clean, comfortable cottage with full equipped kitchens to cook (or not!) and grills right outside your door. We provide all the bedding, have air conditioning, and flat panel TV’s and DVD players (for those not-so-sunny days). We have two pools on the property so chances are that you and your kids will be close to a pool! Within a short walking distance is plenty of kid/family-friendly activities - especially the clean, picturesque Weirs Beach. The M/S Mount Washington Cruise ship, the Hobo Railroad as well as mini-golf, batting cages, bumper cars and bumper boats(!), arcades, drive-in movies, waterslides, ropes courses and of course, go-carts! We’re 3 miles from supermarkets, Walmart and TJ Maxx/Homegoods for shopping. We’ve got many fine restaurants - from the romantic to family favorites. Take the pressure off - it’s all here. You’ll truly find a great value in staying with us and in Weirs Beach!

It’s February!

Once February hits, the winter season is all downhill… pun intended for the skiers out there! Lots of winter activity happens in February - pond hockey tourneys, ice fishing derbies, sled dog races to name a few. In a couple of weeks, they will be over and March and Spring are dead ahead. February is also the month when people realize time is ticking by and if they want to book for upcoming special events, namely Laconia Motorcycle Week, Nascar Race weekend, Soulfest and Ironman Timberman Triathlon - they’d better hop to it. We’ve still got some prime accommodations available for each of these events, not to mention summer vacation lodging. So take this as a gentle reminder that everyday we get closer…closer…closer!

You can walk to the vendors, beer tents, nightclubs etc from our location! Prime units are available; there are minimums but we are flexible so that we can meet your needs and wants.
