Laconia Motorcycle Rally
The Cozy Inn-Lakeview House & Cottages is located right in the heart of the Laconia Motorcycle Rally. You can walk to the vendors, nightclubs, and restaurants/bars from our location. We are just a short ride to the Broken Spoke Saloon and Full Throttle Saloon. We are also just 6 miles from Laconia Harley-Davidson.
We open our bookings up to new riders on December 1. If you would like to be on our waiting list, contact us as soon as possible. As it is first come; first served. Click here to view current openings
Due to our exclusive location the following protocols apply:
- No unregistered guests allowed on the property, in the Inns or cottages.
- Wristbands are required. Guests will be given a wristband upon check-in. This must be worn at all times.
- Bike stickers - small stickers indicated that the bike is "registered" with us, will be affixed to the headlight. There are a lot of black Harleys out there and we need to know which ones belong.
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking; balance is due by April 1.
- No smoking in any of the buildings
- No pets allowed
- No colors allowed
- No firearms allowed
- No fireworks allowed
- No refunds
