Fall Festivals in Lakes Region NH

Well, Fall is officially here and this weekend there are lots of Fall activities in and around our area:

There is the Autumn Craft Fair in Meredith featuring the famous Chowderfest, Autumn Festival at the Squam Lakes Science Center in Holderness, and the Fall Festival at Castle in the Clouds to name a few. There are Fall Train rides on the Hobo Railroad, foliage cruises on the M/S Mount Washington both here in Weirs Beach, and let’s don’t forget just simple fall foliage hikes on Mount Major or Rattlesnake. All great ways to celebrate the season and its beauty. The weather is great. We have some cottages available so jump in the car and join us!

Fall weekend activities in the Lakes Region!

This upcoming weekend will feature a ZZ Topp concert at Meadowbrook Musical Arts center – they are just 3 miles down the road from us… We have discounted lawn seats for our guests.

Also, there is the Meredith Bay Regatta – Join the Winnipesaukee Rowing Club for a 2.5 mile head race  down Meredith Bay.

The leaves are beginning to turn – the weather is fantastic – warm, sunny days and cool nights.  So that means you’d better pack a sweater or sweat shirt for evening activities.  The cottages are warm and cozy – pack a bag and join us!

Our new Site!

This is an exciting day!  Our new site has been launched!  It’s been several months in the making and we want to thank Acorn Creative and their team for all their hard work.  We’re looking forward to your feedback and hope you like the changes!  Also please note the new blog – we look forward to conversing with you!

Fall Weekends!

Although the summer is officially over, this weekend the weather will say otherwise. The forecast is for hazy, hot and humid. Well, we’ve got cottages open, the pool is still open and of course, the lake is clear and refreshing. The foliage is just giving us hints of color to come. So, if you have time for a quick getaway, The Lakes Region is beautiful in the Fall. Join us!
